We are so thrilled to launch this new program. Mark your calendars!
The classes consist of Yoga and Meditation, Cooking, Baking, and back by popular demand, Cantor Rosen’s Israeli Dancing. In addition, Rabbi Ari Plost will be teaching a class one Wednesday a month related to Wellness and Jewish Life. As a special treat, on the months that we have 5 Wednesdays, a field trip or special activity will be planned on the last Wednesday of the month.
For all information regarding this new program, please visit our website at TempleSolel.com and regularly follow the Temple calendar for our upcoming classes.

3/29 – Wellness & Jewish Life
My session will focus on Jewish teachings, a combination of ancient and modern, and guide us to a deeper, richer, and more full understanding of how to be in dialogue with a Jewish consciousness of wellness. At times, I will invite a speaker, or we will travel somewhere to embrace more fully a Jewish pathway of wellness. So much of Judaism is built on a foundation that our bodies, minds, and souls are interconnected. We deserve as Jews to be better acquainted with how we can live healthy, full, and responsible lives.
Wherever you are in your journey, we welcome you to our Family of Solel.

Thank you to everyone that joined us for the Sea Level Rises’ King Tide Event last Sunday. A special thank you to Scott Lewis, Samara Bober, Cheree Liebowitz for their hard work to promote the event. It was great to seeing so many of our youth involved as we learned how to protect our community as our sea level rises!
